You can return, exchange, or get a refund for purchases made at saba.sg or in-store within 15 days of your purchase. Just make sure the items follow these guidelines:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items. Any refunds or price differences will be issued as a cash voucher sent via email.
  • SABA SG cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit during returns. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return.
  • Please note that reward points used and the original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • This return policy only covers purchases made on saba.sg. SABA SG is not accountable for purchases made through third parties, such as personal shoppers, or distributors.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method for both online and in-store purchases. For cash and card payments made in-store, the refund will be issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Absolutely! If the new item costs less, you’ll receive the difference as a cash voucher. If it costs more, we’ll guide you through any additional payment required.
